The Champagne Grand Cru L.C. Prestance is based on the best grappes of the famous \u00ab\u00a0C\u00f4te des Blancs\u00a0\u00bb, located south of Epernay, capital of Champagne. The \u00ab\u00a0C\u00f4te des Blancs\u00a0\u00bb comes from white grappes \u00a0(95% of Chardonnay) versus the black grappes used a lot on other places (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier).<\/em><\/p>\n

If the champagnes of the \u00ab\u00a0C\u00f4te des Blancs\u00a0\u00bb are famous for bringing freshness, finesse and elegance, there are differences according to the terroir, with, for example, more powerful wines in the north (Cramant), with more length in the center (Avize) and more finesse in the south (Oger).<\/em><\/p>\n

Our partner vineyard is located in Cramant, one of the 6 villages of the \u00ab\u00a0C\u00f4te des Blancs\u00a0\u00bb to have the appellation \u00ab\u00a0Grand Cru\u00a0\u00bb, with Avize, Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Oiry.<\/em><\/p>\n

The LC. Prestance champagne is 100% Chardonnay from the \u00ab\u00a0Grand Cru\u00a0\u00bb villages of Cramant, Chouilly, Oger and Avise, in order to obtain a perfect balance between power, freshness, finesse and length, enabling L.C. Le Champagne Grand Cru L.C. Prestance est \u00a0\u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des meilleures vignes de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre C\u00f4te des Blancs, situ\u00e9e au sud d’Epernay, capitale du Champagne. La C\u00f4te des Blancs doit son nom au fait qu’elle soit plant\u00e9e \u00e0 95% avec du c\u00e9page Chardonnay (raisin blanc).<\/p>\n

Si les champagnes de la C\u00f4te des Blancs sont r\u00e9put\u00e9s pour apporter fra\u00eecheur, finesse et \u00e9l\u00e9gance, on note des diff\u00e9rences en fonction du terroir, avec par exemple des vins plus puissants dans le nord (Cramant), avec plus de longueur en bouche pour le centre (Avize) et plus de finesse dans le sud (Oger).<\/p>\n
